Aleighson Robertson
Aleighson is currently attending Randolph College where she is majoring in Environmental Science, and plans to graduate in 2024. Aleighson was an intern during Spring 2022 and in addition to the projects below, she worked on Junior Fanimal graphics and videos, DEI projects, and the new Fanimals in the Arts program. She also assisted with the development of Fanimal’s first online auction.
Aleighson is interested in marine animals, and this stems from her yearly beach trips exploring the coast. In her recent years at Randolph, she has participated in research on benthic microalgae found on the eastern shore of Virginia. She spent her internship learning ways for all living things to have a better quality of life and the importance of maintaining healthy environments in which to live.
